I'd like to capture genomic fragments around 200-300bp length. Has someone tried this? Which bait length would you recommend?
Hi,
not to make their advertising but agilent has a solution of capture for NGS with probes of 120bases that correctly capture fragments from 120 to 250 (sureselect). The main step is how deep you will fragment your DNA.
