I have heard about labs reusing these tubes, of course keeping them designated to their specific tissue-purpose. Did anyone test this, and perhaps notice changes in efficacy of tissue dissociation and downstream cell analysis/yield? If so, how many times would you reuse and what would you use to 'wash/rinse' the tubes? Logically I can imagine wear and tear appearing, like anything mechanical, but how about safe to reuse 3-4, maybe 5 times or so?

Thanks in advance for all your answers!

Cheers,

Kevin
