You can get a .gz file with your fasta in http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables

You just have to select your organism and preferred database, if you want to query the whole genome or a specific region... and then "Get Output", it redirects and you click "submit", second redirection and you select "3' UTR Exons" (I don't know why is named with "Exons" inside like this, because it does not have any coding sequences, CDS exons are those containing the coding sequences) and click in "get Sequence". It is 32.7 Mb of data as a compressed gzipped file with all your 3'UTRs according to RefSeq in my case.

look for the gene of interest, click on "transcript" .

In the sequence mode choose "exon" , and then you'll get it
