I have carried out 3D symmetrical simulations in Ansys fluent. It is a 3D 20 degree rotated model. I created planes at different locations. Forces on these planes should be multiplied to 360 degree model or these forces are already 360degree equivalent results because of symmetry?

The forces in your model are already 360 degree equivalent results (axes) because of symmetry.

I did another small simulation with half and full model. Forces are not equal. Mass flow rate and forces on planes have to be multiplied by factor of rotation. (2 in case of half to full). Pressure and Temperature are same, they will not change.
