I had created a chimeric sequence -for vaccine purposes- consisting of three gene fragments.

These fragments were linked by two different linkers. The basis for selecting those gene sequences was immunogenicity for B cells.

Now explicitly, my question is:

How do I register a chimeric sequence in NCBI? Is such a thing possible? If yes, how should I do this?
