I am currently studying mesenchymal-stromal cells from adipose tissue. Please share how you prepare primary cultures of adipocytes and mesenchymal-stromal cells from human adipose tissue. Also very interesting, how do you isolate monocytes from adipose tissue? And what is better to use - autologous serum or FBS?
