Hello,
My manuscript has been rejected by the editor and reviewers even after the 1st revision. Though I tend to disagree some of the points raised, assume I can't request for another revision challenging their statements.
What should I do next? The editor is offering a transfer to other journal or shall I not transfer and publish in a different journal.
Susanta Kumar Sahoo , this happens unfortunately, you can choose to transfer the manuscript to the journal offered if that suits you, otherwise I suggest that you submit the revised version elsewhere, at least now the manuscript has improved a little bit so chances of getting it published elsewhere are perhaps more, try to look at the positive side.
Sanaa N Al- Haj Ali - many thanks for your comment. For sure I am exploring positive side since I am sure the topic is interesting for my area of business. I do agree that I will explore other good journals and publish it addressing the concerns by earlier editor and reviewers.
