As said above I have some questions on Establishment of Cell line: as I am willing to establish and characterize a cell line
1. let me know what are the basic requirements and equipment are required to establish cell line.
2. let me know if you are working on Bovine what type of cell line you are want that is not available.
3. If working on Caprine/goat/buck what type of cell line you are want that is not available .
4. if have some protocols you could provide to me.
Anything you could let me know is appreciable

The basic requirements and equipment to establish cell line are cell medium, flasks or dishes, trypsin, freezing solution, a CO2 incubator, hood air flow and a microscope.

Co2 incubator, Cell culture medium, Trypsin, FBS, Microscope, Water bath, Centrifuge, Biosafety cabinet, safety glass, etc.. are the basic requirements. Apart from this your cell line is the key point.
