Hello,
How i can know whether journals are in "scopus" indexed or no as i do not have access on scopus.com. Its also not mentioned indexing in the journal page, for example.
Are all journals are "scopus" indexed if it can find in www.scimagojr.com? Sometimes i am confused! bcz some journals not "scopus" indexed but can find in www.scimagojr.com!

Try using publisher and Journal names.
Even though some of the Scopus indexed journals do not maintain quality peer reviewing.
So, go with Publisher only...
There are many reasons:
1. During acquisition or before acquisition of any journal by any publisher the journal might have lost Scopus indexing or received Scopus indexing.
2. If the journal will not maintain the required standards of Scopus, it will loose indexing.
3. In 2017 the journal might have Scopus indexing but in 2018 it may loose.
4. Some journals will not update the indexing after loosing also.
Finally it is best practice that contact or email the Scopus about the updated details.

Firstly go on scopus and then download the excel sheet which contains the updated list of all the journals indexed in SCOPUS, from all streams.
For your reference, i am hereby attaching the updated list of Journals -2019.
This is the authentic list available on scopus website.
You can find your journal name in this list and check its current status whether it is active , inactive or discontinued.
Dear colleague, please follow the following steps to check the Scopus indexing:
1- Go to Scopus preview website >> Sources (or follow the link: https://www2.scopus.com/sources?zone=&origin=sbrowse)
2- In the Sources page, go to >> Find Sources by ISSN if it isn't applied.
3- Copy the ISSN of query journal and paste in the field of Find Sources in Scopus preview after applying it as in step 2.
4- Click on (Find Sources).
5- If the journal appears click on the name of the journal to see its status; while if it is not this, mean that journal isn't indexed by Scopus before.
6- When the journal coverage in Scopus website shows a range of past years (like 2010-2018) this mean that journal is out of Scopus now; but if it is covered to present, this means that journal is currently indexed (e.g. 2006 to present).
