Regarding OMEGA FFPE DNA kit, Which is the most usefull protocol, the Xylene or the Heat one?

Hi there!

I want to isolate DNA from FFPE using the E.Z.N.A.FFPE DNA kit (OMEGA), but there are two protocols: the Xylene and the Heat one. The difference among them are that the first one uses Xylene at the beginning to remove the paraffin and in the second one the paraffin is removed by heating the FFPE cut in a specific buffer.

Does somebody know which is the best protocol?
