As I am doing Thermo-Mechanical Simulation with the help of Commercial Software, I would like to know that the ambient temperatures as Thermal Boundary and For Mechanical Boundary How can I say whether those are dirichlet or Neumann Boundary condition?

If you prescribe the value of the temperature on the boundary of your volume, you set the value for the unknown directly; therefore it is Dirichlet.
If you specify the heat flux (or a film coefficient and the ambient temp, which in the end also means prescribing the heat flux), you prescribe the flux, i.e. the gradient of the temp. so that is von Neumann.
Mechanically it's the same: Prescribing displacements: Dirichlet, prescribing stresses (or strains): von Neumann.
