Hello do you have any recommended MOI to infect Dendritic cells with dengue virus in vitro, i want to use the lowest as possible owe to my virus stock (it has a low PFU/ml) i wan to see if they are correctly infected at 48h and 72 post exposure to virus. Could i use 0.1? is it enough to infect them and analyze by flow? ill detect DV2 NS3 protein and Flavivirus envelope protein. I dont want to increase the MOI since i would need way more volume
Recomendations?

well, cant think of any now but if possible why dont you increase your virus stock then. (just wild thoughts).
