Hello, we are interested in purchasing a benchtop DNA extraction system to use with our next generation sequencer and are looking for recommendations.

7. Miracle AutoXT Nucleic Acid Extraction System (Intron)

It honestly might be cheaper and more reliable to hire a good technician
I think the owners of the other listed options have to offer their products in such a way enough to ensure a shift to those options, otherwise there is a general desire not to change as long as the "traditional technician" is simple and cheap.
A technician is still needed to operate the machines, but the efficiency is definitely increased.

KingFisher Duo is perfect for lower throughput, or KingFisher Flex for higher throughput. Presto is the latest addition to the family. The primary utilization is DNA/RNA prep, but gradually more scientists use these instruments towards protein purification, cell and exosome isolation etc
