I am hoping to create a mock bacterial community and would like to ask for recommendations of commercial companies that offer customization services and can ship to Singapore?
Do you want only DNA community?
Do you need DNA or bacterial / archaeal cells ?
Do you want Viable mock community for organoid cultures or the organ on the chip applications?
Do you want spores in the mock community so that you can also test extraction efficiency?
Lyophilizations of mixed cultures are not good at rehydrating properly, and how much complexity do you need in a mock community? (multiple mock communities might need to be rehydrated at different conditions and merged in different proportions.
Too many parameters might be needed for desires mock community I hope you only require DNA mixture which is much more easier :)

There are 10 and 20 mock communities
and the efficacy will be tested by some researchers.

I have also tested the zymobiomics for learning errors and correcting those errors for nanopore sequencing. I was satisfied with Zymo mock community
