can i use human type-o rbcs with h3n2 Texas and Victoria in the HI assay?
Yes you can.
I followed the protocol from WHO collaborating lab, VIDRL, and they used human O-type RBC with both Texas (2014) and Victoria (2013) strains.
Sorry I didn't find the online manual of kit 2014. Attached files are manuals for kit 2013 and 2015.
