Can you precise your question? Are you seeking help on how to use Petrel in defining a well geometry, completion, or simulation controls? Are you looking into setting up an Huff'n Puff operation in which a given well is used sequentially for producing and injecting? Are you seeking guidance in well design optimization? I probably can answer all those but these are very different questions.

This depends more of the simulator than the pre-processor. Some simulators have facilities for automating alternations on a single well (declared as alternating between producer and injector role), others do not. Assuming you use a setup involving ECLIPSE as simulator, and from the top of my head what you should do is basically duplicate your well as a producer and injector. The two wells and completion intervals would be co-located. You will have to setup injection and production sequences yourself.
