I am planning to carryout research on Transformational leadership, I have got validated questionnaire on other aspects of theoretical framework attached herewith.
Could anyone have validated questionnaire on Leadership and Dependency? Your input will be of great help.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have gone through the article but I want the questionnaire used to measure Dependency. In the articles the questionnaire used are not available. Hence could you help me to get the questionnaire please?

Dear Sir,
Thank You for constant suggestions. However I am looking for set of questionnaire that explains dependency and Transnational leadership. Like that used by Ronit etal. as mentioned by you earlier. However in the articles we normally don't find questionnaire. If any one is having questionnaire on Dependency I will be thankful to him/her in case forward it to me.
