Hello, fellow researchers! I’m currently working on a study about succession planning and am required to publish a related article. At this stage, I have not yet gathered data, so I do not have findings to report.

I’m looking for journals or publications that accept literature reviews or conceptual papers, specifically those that do not require original data collection or completed findings.
