Hello everyone, I have ordered chitosan in powder form for my research work but company sent me in shells or flakes form, can see in the attached picture.
Now, I am confused whether its just washed shells of shrimps or processed chitosan. Can we get the chitosan only in powder form or others form also possible, please kindly confirm it. Secondly, If this is a chitosan then how to make chitosan solution?
