Quazi-experimental nonequivalent posttest design?

Appreciate everyone`s help in advance.

I have two groups of participants: intervention group and control group. The control group gets a standard care during the first 2 months of study while the intervention group gets a new treatment another 2 months. It will be used the same posttest questionnaire for both groups. Is the description suitable for Quazi-experimental nonequivalent posttest design?
