I am willing to compare GFP amounts in different samples analyzed through FACS:
sample 1: histogram analysis

Is there anyway to plot RFU plot between them. It is evident that sample 2 has far more cells expressing GFP than sample 1
If you're working on BD you can compare two samples on one histogram. If you're interested only in comparing GFP-labeled cells between the samples put the gated events from sample 1 and overlay the gated events from sample two.
dude! I know about % fluorescent cells, the question is about RFU from FACS data.
