Quantification of nuclear translocation using ImageJ?

Hello, I have a question regarding quantification of nuclear translocation: could anyone share their protocol with me on how to use ImageJ to quantify the translocation of the protein from the cytoplasm to the nucleus from IF photos (DAPI and another stain) taken by confocal? Thank you in advance

Yes it would be better if you provide the sample image. Since the protocol will be depend on the image.
