Once you know the feed an product compositions its just a simple elemental material balance to figure out how much of each product you make.

I understand that you have used Aspen plus for modelling your initial operation. I would modestly suggest you to go through similar publications and the instruction manual of the Ryield to know your input values. Because, the question above doesn't quite reveal the exact result, which you wish to attain.

I modelized a similar process, the biomass gasification. I have used a Ryield reactor to convert the biomass into these constituyent elements (C,N,H,O,etc...), so you need the elemental composition of your biomass. Then i have used a modified TGibbs reactor to simulate the gasification reaction. I think you can use this approach to your own process. We can further discuss by DM.
