In the present business environment, social media has become very powerfull media at a very cost effective means. Social media has become less of an optional marketing opportunity and more of a priority for the start up business due to its cost effectiveness and strong interectivity. In fact, platforms like Facebook and Twitter have become integral parts of brand awareness, content distribution, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies for businesses and making the loyal customer and enhahcing brand equity. The social media became a good mean for promotion of product for startups working with smaller budgets and grassroots campaigns.
