Yes it is possible to visualize the multiple enzymes band on single SDS PAGE. With the help of zymography techniques you can visualize multiple bands. In our lab we routinly perform the PROTEASE AND AMYLASE zymographies to view the bands in a single SDS page. The reverse zymographies for inhibitor detection also gives the similar good results.
It would be better to use native electrophoresis (but zymography, which is SDS-PAGE without boiling is basically native PAGE).
What do you want to see? The activity, presence of (any) protein, homologues?

I also think same with Mr. Prafull Gadge answer, zymogram is better way to identify multiple enzyme in single band
As already pointed out Zymography iS the best tool. To confirm, better go in for elution and assay it.
