Does anyone know a bunch of reviews or a guide that covers basic practical questions associated with the establishment of CPMG relaxation dispersion experiments for the study of protein motion? There is a lot of literature, but of course the focus is either on brand-new methods or on functional data.
What I'm looking for is along the lines "what pulse sequences are safe to begin with", "this is a useful model system" or "there are a few software options, better use this or that". Something like a how to guide for people that are new to the field.

Unfortunately, many reviews give a basic overview of the methodology then focus on the systems that have been studied. None of the reviews have a comprehensive list of what experiments exist, what labeling one should use for a given experiment, and how to properly fit the data.

@Michael: You're nailing exactly my problem. I lack a paper that is equivalent to someone taking me by the hand and showing me what I need to know. Also the two L Kay Papers are no different in this regard. Specific questions usually crop up if something fails, although it was made exactly as described ... I surely will ask around on RG if I run into problems.
