PspCas13b infected MCF-7 cells dead too much withou antibiotics ?

I transfected 293FT cells in one p100 and harvest two rounds virus and pooled together. Then infected one MCF-7 in P100. After 48h of infection, a lot of MCF-7 cells float in medium. Does anyone have any thoughts and suggestions?
