Protocol for protein extraction from paraffin blocks?

Does anyone have an easy and efficient way to extract protein from paraffin blocks?

Do you want something that is different from the existing protocols using xylene de-paraffinization followed by the rehydration and extraction steps? Perhaps your final application is different than other protocols?
