Can anyone share a protocol for measuring arginase activity in mouse peritoneal macrophages?

Any information, detailed protocol or a catalog number for a kit that works will be really appreciated.

Dear Krishna,

please check out the attached paper from Najac et al. (for a spectroscopic method) and kit from Abcam for a colorimetric assay. I hope those ones help.
