I have what should be a simple question. In Proteome Discoverer it is possible to generate various plots, e.g. Venn diagrams and volcano plots. My question is how to get back to which proteins are represented in the plots? Am I missing something or is there no easy way to work out which are the 10 proteins overlapping in a Venn diagram? Or which protein is represented by a dot in the Volcano lot?
