I want to clone my genes of interests in an expression vector and transform BL21 for protein expression. I was planning on using pEXP5-CT-topo-TA vector http://tools.thermofisher.com/content/sfs/vectors/pexp5_nttopo_map.pdf

but unfortunately the vector has been discontinued.I wanted to use this vector because it does TA cloning. I was wondering if anyone knows another vector which is similar to pEXP5 which I can use for TA cloning for protein expression?
