i am trying to find a good inhibitor for one receptor which has two natural inhibitors , one of them is a strong inhibitor and another one is weak , the problem is schrodinger has one error when i want to find these two inhibitors pharmacophore , the error is that these proteins are not one ligand even after i prepared them with chimera and schrodinger
