Can anyone tell me what are the methods to be followed during checking plagiarism for a prepared unpublished manuscript(Research paper, Review Paper, Book chapter, Short communication, Article) ?
Should I include the references, bibliography, images, materials methods, Table of data collected(may be from literature search or results of an experiment) ???
And what is the overall plagiarism % (With or without references) which will not create a huddle to get published.

Plagiarism % must be zero but similarity index can be from 0 to 24%
Any data you collect from the literature should be tested for the plagiarism
