Procedure to Process CaSO4 dihydrate to hemihydrate so that beads will be formed in 3mins?

I am working on CaSO4 processing project, where CaSO4 dihydrate is processed to hemihydrate. Can anyone suggest a proved procedure tom obtain CaSO4 hemihrdate that when formed beads can harden in 3mins time. Also please mention the effect of different concentrations of Saline solution on hemihydrate while making the beads.

Please do guide me with this!
