Hi, I have this problem with my ANSYS Mesh , when i try to create sweep on the side surfaces like what you see at the images, after clicking on generate , ANSYS get this errors :
1-Mesher failed to initialize
2-One or more non sweep able bodies have sweep controls and can not be sweep.
3-A body cannot be swept because the source and target faces are adjacent
4-One or more bodies cannot be swept because a side face cannot be automatically map meshed.

Please note that sweep mostly applied to linear or uniform bodies. Its better to provide part wise meshing. That will be done easily.

Unfortunately I obligated to use the sweeping mesh method because I have to define the walls as periodic in fluent

Just check if your geometry is sweepable. This is the only solution to be sure that you can use Sweep method.
Right-click on mesh on outline ==> show ==> sweepable Bodies
If it is not sweepable, then you have to decompose your domain in several small parts and used share topology to connect meshs
