Problem with Bradford assay

Hello. I have unknown protein sample and try to calculate it with my standard Bradford curve. For this purpose, i mixed 25 microgram of unknown sample in bradford sample (1:50) and read its OD at 595nm. Now i have problem about interfering (1:50) factor in my calculation?
