Pro-R or pro-S binding mode during enzyme catalytic?

I want to know how to define dihedral angle between cofactor (NAD ...) and substrate that determine the pro-R or pro-S binding mode. I can find how to decide R-/S- stereo configure, but can't get a answer about the dihedral angle range that determine pro-R or pro-S.

anyone can give me a suggestion?
