Running a Co-correspondence analysis (ter Braak, C. J. F., and A. P. Schaffers. 2004. Co-correspondence analysis: a new ordination method to relate two community compositions. Ecology 85:834–846.) using the cocorresp package (original routine using matlab but translated to R).  In the paper the authors also developed a predictive CCA that uses PLS regression (which I believe is currently available in CANOCO ver 5).  My question is simple, has anyone ran across an R package that includes a function for the CCA-PLS?
