Hi!

I am trying to analyze kinetic data for different conditions that plateau at different Y values. I am currently using graphpad's one phase decay. The problem is that this method calculates the K by how fast it reaches it's plateau. One of my data sets, set B, has little activity which causes the K to be high since it reahces the plateau quickly. Meanwhile, another data set has a large exponential increase phase and then plateuas but the K is similar to data set B. How can I show quantitatively that these rates are different? I have attached an example graphpad and excel file.

Thank you!
