I am a Full-Time research scholar in finance about to submit my thesis in a month or two.
After this is it good to go for post-doc or as lecturer in finance?
If i apply for lecturer will colleges entertain it as I am a fresher?
And one more doubt I got is, Am i eligible to apply Post-doc position after submitting my thesis? or should I wait until the completion of Vivo-voce and/or graduation? Because its time consuming process to receive Vivo-voce.

It all depend on your institution. The universities usually demand that after completion of a PhD one should follow a post -doc work, and only after finishing this course, one should apply for a lecturer or assistant professor position. I think that the application for post-doc could take place before graduation because it could be a lengthy procedure.
Usually the application for a post-doc position is tendered upon the completion of a PhD degree. I am not sure any institution will accept somebody who has not defended his or her dissertation for that position.

You can apply for Post-doc positions if such vacancies become available.
To be successful in the application, you must have received your Ph.D. award, that's why it is called "Post-Doc" which means "after your doctorate"
You can work as an assistant lecturer or part-time lecturer before your viva, depending on how the rules apply in your University/College. Most Universities will not allow Phd students take up a lecturer role but they can be "teaching assistants". Again, this issue depends on University/College policies.
