Actually, I ruined my first microarray because 'poor signal'...
I find where I printed DNA very very difficultly, but it wasn't shining.
label is cy3, concentration is target 0.1uM/probe 0.5uM(we don't have tools for measure nucleotide's weight). I am so cunfused...

Gene-level quality control:
Poor Hybridization and Printing
• Some probes will not hybridize well to the target RNA
• Printing problems such that all spots of a given inventory well have poor
quality.
• A well may be of bad quality – contamination
• Genes with a consistently low signal in the reference channel are
suspicious: Median of the background adjusted signal < 200
