Suppose, I want to do Meta analysis on “Safety and Efficacy of Aspirin in treating MI"

Here, potential RCTs that had been done could be:

-Aspirin vs Heparin

-Aspirin vs Warfarin

-Aspirin vs Placebo

Can I pool such studies where intervention in control grp is different but cases are being treated with drug of interest lets say aspirin?
