Hello,
I have to administer antiplatet drugs, such as aspirin, clopidogrel, prasugrel, ticagrelor to rats and I am thinking of oral gavage as the preferred route. Which you consider to be the best formulation, e.g crushed tablets in water or saline or gum? Thank you in advance!!!

Mainly in Anti platelet Drugs models Oral route of administration is preferred and use 0.5 %cmc to dissolve and when freshly preparing solution 0.1% cmc is also sufficient,(plan your control group accordingly).
