Aspirin in quantities of 81 mg and 100 mg is used as an anticoagulant because it closes cox1 and does not close cox2 completely. Is it correct for a normal person at the age of 40 years to take aspirin ?

In high doses such as 300 mg and 500 mg, aspirin is used as an analgesic, but it cannot be used for more than 10 days. Why? Although it closes cox1 and cox2 meaning that the body is in equilibrium.
