Hello everyone,

I am currently exploring polyamine metabolism in human macrophages, but there is not not enough information in the literature concerning the exact measurments of polyamine content in M1 and M2 stage macrophages. Does anyone have any insights, how polyamine levels can change in macrophages of different stage and, expecially, during infection process? Are there any data or paper to suggest with exact polyamine concentrations intracellularly?
