please Which method is the best for isolating circulating tumor cells from lung cancer patients(Non-small cell-lung cancer )? Any suggestions? Method used for Phd research. but it's not expensive and higher yield of nucleic acid (Genetic material ) for molecular by Pcr or q-pcr amplification .

Article Technologies for circulating tumor cell separation from whole blood
Isolation by size of epithelial tumor cells (ISET) technology, ParsortixTM, CellSearch (CS), and ficoll density gradient are widley used.
ISET and ParsortixTM can detect higher numbers of CTCs — including epithelial marker negative tumor cells.
ISET: Tumor cells are isolated and retained by a membrane filter because of their larger size despite of the expression of markers. Circulating tumor microemboli (CTM, clusters of ≥ 3 CTCs) can also be detected.
Parsortix™ Cell Separation System is also a microfluidic based technology that captures rare cells based on size and deformability, offers reproducibly high capture efficiency, and produces highly enriched, viable (viability dependent on preservative used) CTCs that are amenable to a multitude of downstream analyses, including the isolation and interrogation of single cells.
