I need to do transformation in Staphylococcus sciuri. I have three vectors in my lab ptz57/RT , pgemt easy and pet101/D TOPO vector. Which vector i can use
Not comparing the three vectors you mentioned, but from my experience, cloning into pGEM-3Z works beautifully. So, all I can suggest is that you can go for pGEM-T if all other factors are conducive for insertion.
Are you looking for plasmids to carry genes cloned from Staph scuri and to propagate in E. coli? Or are you looking for cloning vectors that can replicate in Staph? The 3 plasmids you describe above are only capable of replicating in E. coli and not in Staph strains.
