You can do centrifugation and collect small volume

you can try evaporation under preesure using a rotatry evaporater. Please, adjust the device parameters at 90-100 mbar and 45-55 C for pressure and temperature, respectively. At these conditions, you can concentrate your broth withouth going at higher boiling temperatures.

Will 45-55 C can cause polysaccharide degradation? Is lyophilization a good method?

I think till 80 C, there is no problem.

Lyophilization of such large volumes will not remove all solvents and will damage your device.
