As hypothesis, I agree, it could be a drosophilid. But the quality of the photos is insufficient, in my opinion, for a sure identification even at family level. Regards,
Hi, It is a Drosophila sp, but to get at species level you must disecct the genitalia. In this link you can compare the posterior lobe of male genitalia for different species of Drosophila, including D. melanogaster.
This fly resembles Drosophila (Dorsilopha) busckii, although the pictures are not clear. Were you take these pictures? In Oriental region there are other species of Dorsilopha subgenus, but I don't know them. I think you could verify this.
