The Journal of Plant Pathology (JPP or JPPY) is one of the world’s oldest international journals covering fundamental and applied aspects of Plant Pathology. The JPP publishes original contributions written in English, in the form of full-length papers, short communications, disease notes, and review articles on mycology, bacteriology, virology, phytoplasmatology, physiological plant pathology, plant-pathogen interactions, post-harvest diseases, non-infectious diseases, and plant protection. In vivo results are required for plant protection submissions. Varietal trials for disease resistance and gene mapping are not published in the journal unless such findings are already employed in the context of strategic approaches for disease management. Studies identifying actual genes involved in virulence are pertinent to the scope of the Journal and may be submitted. All contributions are peer reviewed under the supervision of an international Editorial Board. The journal highlights particularly timely or novel contributions in its Editors’ choice section, to appear at the beginning of each volume.

If you want to publish fast, you will have to pay. Traditional journals can take very long time to accept and publish. I would recommend journals of MDPI, because they publish in less than a month. Although, you will have to pay a fee of around 2000 Euros. Depending on your work, you can consider the following journals of MDPI (Viruses, Fungi, Forests, etc).
